Bubbles is the first sparkling wine launched by Casal da Coelheira.

It started as a small adventure in 2023 that turned out well and “forced” us to take it more seriously in 2024 with its “official” inclusion in our wine range.

It was produced using an ancestral method, which consists of bottling it before the alcoholic fermentation is complete. The carbon dioxide it contains is completely natural, coming from the end of fermentation in the bottle. The wine has not been filtered or stabilized, presenting a characteristic cloudiness and sediment.
