Since its first year of production in 2003, Casal da Coelheira Chardonnay has received very good reviews from consumers, evolving into a modern style, but always faithful to the classic line of Portuguese wines.

In the 2012 harvest, the Arinto grape variety, albeit in smaller proportions, joined the Chardonnay variety, and this wine became known as Casal da Coelheira Reserva.

The result is a more elegant and fresh wine with notes of apple, very well balanced with the wood. In the mouth, it is voluminous, with good body but refreshing acidity.

It is a wine to drink now but will evolve very well in the bottle over the next 2 to 5 years. If you like more complex wines, give it a try!
It is the ideal complement to land and sea dishes, going well with grilled or roasted fish and any type of white meat.
